By using Planterior.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Planterior.ai's services, website, and applications (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you enter into a binding agreement with us under these Terms and applicable European Union laws and regulations.
2. Service Description
Planterior.ai provides AI-powered interior design services that transform floor plans and room photos into professional interior designs. Our Service includes:

- • AI-generated interior design visualizations
- • Design customization options
- • Project management tools
- • Download and export capabilities
3. Account Registration and Security
To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- • Maintain and update your information as needed
- • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- • Be responsible for all activities under your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Content and Licenses

You retain ownership of any floor plans, images, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
4.2 Generated Content
AI-generated designs created through our Service ("Generated Content") are provided to you under a license for personal and commercial use. You may use, modify, and distribute Generated Content, subject to these Terms.
4.3 Restrictions
You agree not to upload or generate content that:
- • Infringes any intellectual property rights
- • Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- • Violates privacy or data protection laws
- • Contains malware or harmful code
5. Payment and Credits
5.1 Credit System
Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate designs and can be purchased through our platform. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
5.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
5.3 Refunds
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment ("cooling-off period"). However, by using credits immediately, you acknowledge that you waive this right for the credits used. Unused credits may be refunded within the 14-day period.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including data protection laws)
- • Attempt to bypass any Service limitations or security measures
- • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8.2 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated designs are created using machine learning algorithms and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated designs for any particular purpose.
8.3 Professional Advice
Our Service does not constitute professional architectural, engineering, or interior design advice. Always consult qualified professionals for implementation of any designs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU law, Planterior.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- • Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Planterior.ai, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
